As part of our research about networks representation in collective unconscious here is a collection of 52 snaps of traditional portuguese tiles.
It's tempting to link these old patterns to new ornaments used in contemporary architecture.
We also found interesting the "hand made illustrations" in the oldest pieces that makes each tile unique, compared to today's trends and race for uniqueness in design.
Lisbon seems to be ready for energic designers to re-invent, re-discover and re-design its visual culture heritage.
Designers do Portugal, cadê vocês ?
